LuvTask Terms of Service

LuvTask is operated by Alyara Apps Studio LLC ("we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LuvTask iOS app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

LuvTask is a task and rewards app designed for two people in a relationship ("couple") to assign each other tasks, track completion, offer and redeem rewards, and see shared streaks and milestones. Using the App requires pairing with one other person via an invite code or link; once paired, each partner can see the tasks, rewards, and related activity the other creates inside your shared couple space.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LuvTask. You sign in using Sign in with Apple; you're responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure, since access to either gives access to your LuvTask account.

Pairing with a partner is a two-way action: you invite someone (by code, link, or QR), and they choose to accept. Once paired, you can't fully undo what the other person can see about your shared activity while you remain paired — see Section 5.

You're responsible for the tasks, rewards, descriptions, and any other content you create in LuvTask ("Your Content"). By creating it, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display it within the App — including to your partner, since shared visibility is the core purpose of the App. Don't upload anything illegal, abusive, or content you don't have the right to share.

When you pair with a partner, the tasks and rewards each of you create become visible to the other inside your shared couple space — that's the product working as intended, not a bug or a leak. If you unlink from your partner or delete your account, your own personal profile information is removed or anonymized (see our Privacy Policy and the in-app "Delete account" option), but your partner's own separately-created content is theirs to keep, and shared historical records (like completed tasks) may remain associated with an anonymized version of your account rather than being deleted outright, so your partner's own history stays intact.

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings, not through us directly — we don't process payments ourselves and can't issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

Don't use LuvTask to harass, stalk, or monitor another person without their knowledge and consent (the pairing model requires mutual opt-in for exactly this reason — never pair someone into your account without them actively choosing to). Don't attempt to access another couple's data, reverse-engineer the App, or use it in a way that could harm our infrastructure or other users.

LuvTask is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. LuvTask is not a substitute for relationship counseling, therapy, or professional advice of any kind — it's a task-tracking tool, nothing more.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alyara Apps Studio LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including any dispute between partners about shared content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) twenty U.S. dollars (US$20). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You can stop using LuvTask and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the App changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Alyara Apps Studio LLC is organized in Florida.
